  • What Can a Psychologist Do for You?
Consulting with a psychologist can help you explore your emotional challenges and understand their deeper roots within your subconscious mind. From there, the psychologist will support you in making the necessary decisions and taking action to improve your overall well-being. The goal is to help you overcome anything that’s holding you back from living a full, meaningful, and balanced life. Psychologists have a scientific understanding of human behavior and how the mind works. That’s why they are often the best choice when you're facing a difficult period, seeking clarity through professional guidance, or simply need someone to talk to.
  • What Can a Yoga Therapist Do for You?
Yoga therapy supports the healing process through body-mind practices like lifestyle adjustments, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness, for a wide number of health conditions, especially for stress, trauma, chronic conditions.
  • What issues can a psychologist help me with?
Therapy can support you with a wide range of challenges — including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, ptsd, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and personal development. It’s also a space to simply explore your emotions, understand yourself better, and grow.
  • What to Expect During Your First Visit to a Psychologist
Your first visit will be a general consultation. During this session, your psychologist will take the time to understand your concerns, your personal history, and any past experiences that may be relevant. Together, you will create a plan — identifying the areas to focus on and how often you will meet moving forward. The relationship between psychologist and client is essential in the healing process. That’s why one of the psychologist’s main goals is to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable speaking openly about whatever is on your mind.
  • Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle of my work as a licensed psychologist. Everything you share in your sessions — whether online or in-person — is protected by professional ethics and legal standards.
  • In what languages is psychological counselling offered?
Therapy is available in English and Bulgarian. Sessions are available in-person in Limassol or online for clients in Cyprus, Bulgaria and internationally.
  • How Often Should You See a Psychologist?
The frequency of sessions depends entirely on your individual needs and circumstances. However, a minimum of six sessions is usually recommended, as it takes time to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Most clients start with weekly sessions, but the frequency can be adjusted to your personal needs. We'll discuss this during your first consultation and create a rhythm that works for you. Trust is essential in the work of a psychologist. If the client doesn’t feel safe and relaxed enough to open up about deep personal matters, the therapy may not be effective. It’s also important to understand that during the course of therapy, unexpected issues may surface, often rooted in the subconscious. These discoveries can become meaningful areas to explore and heal.
  • How do I book a session?
You can book a private consultation online or in-person in Limassol through the booking page or by contacting me directly via phone/whatsapp: +35796820540 or email. I will respond personally to help guide you.
